Hello oleblueyes. Remove the Ice bucket.
Remove the Phillips-head screw that attaches the front of the wire harness cover. Using a small flatblade screwdriver, pry the
front of the cover out, then pull the cover towards the front of the refrigerator.
Note the routing of the icemaker wire harness, then disconnect the harness.
Push in the release tab on the front of the icemaker, then pull the icemaker out of the ice room. When installing icemaker, engage key slots in key tabs before pushing icemaker in place. Hope this helps.

thanks Jeff, I have removed the wire harness cover and disconnected the wiring harness. However, I am not locating the release tab. Is there a picture I can access to help me locate this?

I dont have a picture of it to upload, but according to the manufacture, it should be located in the left side wall of the ice box. Hope this helps.
