Upright, frost-free Frigidaire freezer. Is there any maintenance I need
to be performing? I removed the base panel see if coils needed to be cleaned. I don't see any coils.

That unit has a "static" condenser, it is located on the back of the cabinet.
It should be checked and carefully cleaned, occasionally(every couple of years). Other than that, your all right.
