Rank: Advanced Member Groups: Senior Expert Joined: 12/2/2007(UTC) Posts: 769		If you can not turn off the surface lights by touching the control panel, it is usually because the bulb was changed with power applied and now the relay on the control board has shorted closed. Try cycling the power a few times to see if it frees the contacts, but if that doesn't work, then a new control board would be needed.
