I get the FL error after doing a regular wash. The machine won't fully empty and I can only reset the machine by pulling the plug and then hitting cancel. This fix is intermittent. Can someone help me troubleshoot this problem.

Sounds like the control unit, but use this manual to check things out

thanks for the help!! - i went through the manual and wonder if the OPR or FLD pressure switches could be the culpret? Do you think there is any chance of that? Regards, dan

With this model it can be anything, but you will have to try changing out parts to find the problem.

To those reading this thread - using the manual I methodically tested all the parts in the chain. In the end, it was the drain pump. It was beginning to be intermittent and finally failed completely during the diagnostic process. I replaced the pump and everything works. No need to replace the control board.
