I get the FL error after doing a regular wash. The machine won't fully empty and I can only reset the machine by pulling the plug and then hitting cancel. This fix is intermittent. Can someone help me troubleshoot this problem.

With this model it can be anything, but you will have to try changing out parts to find the problem.

To those reading this thread - using the manual I methodically tested all the parts in the chain. In the end, it was the drain pump. It was beginning to be intermittent and finally failed completely during the diagnostic process. I replaced the pump and everything works. No need to replace the control board.
