The dishwasher runs through a cleaning cycle fine. This unit has been great over the years with only one repair, last week I replaced a thermal fuse. But, the unit seems to be making a squealing noise from the motor lately, I believe when it is draining. The wash cycle is quiet. My question: Is there any way to oil the motor or is this a sealed unit?

I would remove the front kick panel and look above the motor for leaking seals. If so, you will need a new motor/pump assembly. Oil will not fix dry bushings in the motor. Parts needed AP3115180 seal kit, AP3044306, motor assembly, around $200 plus a lot of labor. This is not an energy saver unit. Might want to consider a new, energy efficient one.
