It's not repairable and has to be replaced. - The part number for the new control assembly AP3140343 - Here are the break down diagrams for the GE washer Model WCSE3100A1WW Good luck. Gene.

Before replacing control board, which might just blow out when you turn on the washer, check the motor current, if over 10 amps, you have a shorted centrifical switch in the motor. You can click on your model # to order it.If you remove front panel and measure voltage to the motor. If ok when it shuts off this confirms new motor time.
