Check freezer temperature, should be below zero. If not, pull freezer back panel and describe the frost pattern, are all the coils very cold or just some of them.
If not, you have a refrigeration problem for a pro to look at.
If ok, just replace the cold control, by clicking on your model # above and ordering it.
