The night before Thanksgiving my wife put the oven through the self cleaning mode. When it finished the door remained locked. With a coat hanger I was able to get the door open. But the oven latch assembly broke in the process. I purchased a new latch mechanism from your company and installed it last night. When I turned the power back on and turned the oven on - all the readings on the front of the oven said it was preheating. But the oven is not heating. :confused: Is there something that needs to be reset in order for the heating coil to be operational again?
