If the NUT is off, Rock the TUB from side to side, It should come rite off!!!:)

The threads that the NUT screws onto, are the TRANSMISSION threads, You really can't hurt them unless you hit them with a hammer!!! After you get the tub out, there is a tapered,split aluminum piece and a Flat washer on that square shaft, They pull straight up to come off, A little wd-40 or oil will help you get them off.

If you have the NUT off, Maybe a spray of penetrating oil would help??? When I do one, after the nut is off, I put pressure down on one side of the tub, and lift on the other side of the tub and, so far, they always come off, GOOD LUCK!!!!!!
