I have a gas dryer that fires up stays lit for about 3 to 4 minutes then shuts off. It then tries to refire ( you can see the glow of the igniter) but it won't light. If I unplug it and start over it does the same thing. I was wondering if it could be the thermal fuse or could it be the flame sensor?

Most likely the problem is a bad gas valve coil. If you need the right part number - post the complete model number of the dryer.
