My dishwasher has always been great. Cleaning off dried stuff, and all. Then, the first of this week it stopped cleaning, and the dishes are coming out dirtier that when they were put in. Is there a filter or something I need to change? If not, what else might be my problem?

Hi Janiece
There are a few things which could affect the dishwasher performance. The amount of water, a hard water deposits (if water is really hard in your area), incoming water temperature, quality of the soap used, amount of phosphorus in a soap compare to the water hardness...
If there are non of the above and your dishwasher is less then 1 year old do not attempt any repairs and call Jenn Air. Your dishwasher is under the manufacturer warranty.
Gene.

Most common problem is low water level. This should be just below the heater; if not, do the following test. Turn washer on and listen to the water fill. Water fill should last between 30 to 50 seconds. At the end of that time, tub should be filled up. If not, check your screen in the water solenoid for blockage. Also, you can dump a few gallons of water in the tub to fill it up. If it now sprays up good then low water fill is your only problem. If water fill is too short, you have a bad timer. You can click on your model above to get parts.
