Blower wheel is noisy. Wobbling--no apparent damage. Tried to use silicone tape which helped but didn't last. Is there suppposed to be a clamp on this (that is now gone) or is it just worn and I need to order a new wheel? Also if clamp needed, does it come with wheel or do I need to order new one?

Most likely the problem is a worn out blower wheel central hole. The correction is to order a new wheel. It is a good idea to order a new clamp as well. You also may want to check the retainer ring. - The blower wheel Part number: AP4055567
