My husband replaced some lights and when he finished the garbage disposal and the dishwasher were not turning on. We reset the circuit breakers to no avail. I can't find any other reset buttons, does anyone have any ideas?? Thank you.

I'm guessing it's a bad circuit breaker. When you turned it off to do the lights it probably died and won't close again. If you replace that breaker (should be 15 amps) you'll likely fix the problem.

Let's not miss inform. Dishwasher, Garbage Disposal should be on separate 20 Amp Circuit Breakers and wired 12/3. This is by NEC. Why changing lights would have an effect unless wired together which is not to code. :)
