The first thing I would look for is an article of clothing stuck between the 2 tubs or at the top of the washer,Between the tub and the sub-top. If you find nothing there,and you are SURE it agitates,and the water drains the CLUTCH is bad!!!:)

Just another quick though, if it doesn't agitate and spin then it's probably a broken coupler (part number 285753A) If it's the clutch it's part number 285785.
