Have 240 coming in from the box, have continuity at the 2 prong (thermal switch?) by exhaust tube and at the 4 prong unit by exhaust tube and the 2 prong switch at the top of the unit where the heating element is at the bottom. Get nothing from any of the leads that I try on the element-replace the element?

Remove one wire from the heating element and measure it for resistance. Should be approximately 10 ohms. If open remove the heating element you will probably see where the break is. Order a new one and replace it.
Remember to unplug the unit while doing this! |

Welcome Denman, good to see you, I think you will like it here. Brian have you checked the temp switch up at the console. Sometimes they go out. Tom ApplianceEducator.com
