Hello, new to the site and have a question, we have a frigidaire professional, stainless steel, electric range. We purchased it new in april, 05. We have been getting an f10 error after we turn the oven on, just curious what it means and if we can fix it. I am an electrical contractor so i can use a meter if needed, so any help would be great. Thanks a lot

The "F10" error code means that the control senses the runaway temperature. Pull the range out of the wall and remove the rear panel. Measure the resistance of the temperature sensor (#37 on the diagram) and check its wiring harness. The normal resistance suppose to be about 1100 Ohms at the room temperature. If the reading is incorrect, replace the temperature sensor. If the reading is correct and the wiring is fine, replace the EOC. It is recommended by the manufacturer to replace the clock overlay together with the EOC. - The temperature sensor Part number: AP3969435
