Hi, The Food In The Fridge Keeps Freezing. I Made Sure The Diffuser Wasnt Stuck Open. It Helps Turning The Freezer Up To The Coldest Temp, But The Fridge Still Runs Too Cold At Around 30 Degrees. The Refrigerator Is Set To The Lowest Setting As Well. Any Suggestions.
Thank You

Sorry but I do not understand why you would "It Helps Turning The Freezer Up To The Coldest Temp" when it is too cold. I would have thought the opposite would be the way to go.
Check the freezer temperature. It should be between 0 and 5 degrees F.
If it is freezing things only at the bottom of the fresh food section. Check hat the lower vent between the sections is clear. Check that the evaporator fan is running. |
