This might seem like a very basic question but I have never had one apart before.

This is a Whirpool style module. I have a replacement module on the way here. I have to transfer the cable (easy) and the on-off arm.

The back end of the old arm is easy to remove, but I am having trouble with the front end where it goes into the controller. How is it attached? Is it just a push fit or is there a hook or other feature to hold it in place?

I don't want to break or bend anything by being heavy handed in trying to disengage it. It just might be stuck or it might be secured somehow. How do I get it out. If I had a new one coming I could see what that hidden end looks like.

Thanks Charlie
