The outside top and sides of the refrigerator and freezer are hot to the touch and the refrigerator is not cooling that great. The temp is set all the way up. Everything freezes in the freezer except ice cream. It only gets mid way. Any suggestions before I call a repairman? I would like an idea of the problem so I won't get taken. Thanks for any help.

Could not find a BW6, following is for a BW7, parts breakdown.

A hot case is usually due to dirty condenser coils under the unit or the condenser fan not running.

Thank you. I cleaned it and will wait and see. I also verified on the inside plate and it is a BW6.
