If the square 4 prong connector is damaged then nothing is going to work. The correction is to replace the control panel. If you need the correct part number, post the color of the control panel.

Thanks for the reply Gene. I did order the touch panel and it arrived today. Now I have new display, mating board and the touch screen. Still the display does not function and the oven does not even work. Including the oven light. I do have power to the oven itself. Please advise if there is anything else I can check.

New parts just received and installed.

Mike,

Did you replace the relay board from the kit and the wire harness too?

Gene,

Yes, both were replaced. I noticed the coil on the relay board did warm up a little, so I'm getting power to it.

Thx,

Mike

Mike,

You may want to verify proper voltage at the oven terminal block. It suppose to read 120 VAC between the red wire & the white wire and between the black wire & the white wire. The normal reading between the red wire & the black wire suppose to be 240 VAC.

Thanks Gene...I checked the voltage, the voltage is correct as you stated. I powered the oven back on and still no display or any type of operation etc. Can you provide any other thoughts?

Hi.

I may sounds annoying but you should check all the connections on the display and relay boards.
The 4 wire connector at the touch control may go in (unfortunately) the wrong way. Try to re plug it.

I checked the connections, all are good. The 4 wire on the touch panel has a clip to line things up and is inserted per the clip. At this point I'm going to return the display kit as it may be defective.
