Rank: Member Groups: Registered Joined: 8/6/2008(UTC) Posts: 5		I have a top loading whirlpool which runs all the way through all cycles. As the spin cycle ends although it makes a loud clicking/ratchiting sound until it comes to a stop. Any help will be appreciated. Steve

If you let it go too long, the tabs on the spin tube will get a slant and it will require replacement of the spin tube, a messy job with turbine oil and $68 cost for new spin tube. Best to use the special spanner wrench for this job.
