I opened the transmission case and lost most of the oil. I now know that it is the direct drive coupling causing my washer not to agitate or spin. I can put it back together but any recomendations on what kind of oil I can put in it. I have light gear oil that I use in speed reducers at my work. Can I use this?

Thanks Gene. I got what I needed locally, should reassemble tonight and end my wife's trips to the laundramat thanks again Kevin
