Check the thermostat inside the icemaker.

I am having a similar problem as Jake. However, I am getting a voltage reading from the plug inside the freezer wall. the voltage is only 65 volts.
this seems odd, since the icemaker has a sticker on it which says 115V AC 60hz. Is there a voltage regulator somewhere else in the fridge? Should the icemaker be getting 115 volts? The motor works fine when connected to 115volts AC directly.

Where does the 115v break off to the various devices in the whole refriderator?

Have you had a resolution yet?
