Where do I find the model # on a 20 year old Kenmore refrigerator? The icemaker makes ice but it won't dispense it. The ice gets clogged up in the coils then ice forms on the dispenser tube. It dispenses crushed ice and water just fine.

I have a Kenmore Model 106.52252100, found this number on the inside of the refrigerator (not freezer) on the top wall right side. My problem is the ice dispenser shoot keeps freezing up, even after I replaced the door.
