Help!
I've read the threads and can't seem to figure out what's wrong. I have had a fridge repair service and sears replace...
Ice maker, twice
Valve inside freezer door, twice
Redid the water connection out of the saddle valve junk installed by sears

It still leaks, once you dispense water, the ice supply line leaks 4-5 oz. in the tray, spills into the bottom and out the chute into he tray. If I leave the ice maker on, it develops a large ice dam and eventually breaks the ice maker, thus why I bought two.

Everyone is stumped, time to buy a new one?
Thanks.

Hello Bgmwd,

I came across your post today and wanted to reach out to you and offer our assistance. My name is Mike and I am a member of the Sears Social Media Support team. I am very sorry to see that your ice maker is still leaking. We realize how aggravating this must be as you have already had multiple repair attempts to remedy the situation. If you would allow us the opportunity, we would like to connect you with a dedicated case manager to ensure that your ice maker is fully repaired. At your convenience, please contact our office via email at smadvisor@searshc.com so you don’t have to be upset by this any longer. In the email, please provide a contact number and the phone number the refrigerator was purchased under (if different than the contact phone number) and we will call you directly. In addition, please include your Screen name (Bgmwd) in the email for reference to your issue. Again, we’re sorry for any trouble we have caused and we hope to talk to you soon.

Thank you,

Mike D.
