If neither the Bake nor the Broil are working then the problem is a bad thermal fuse (#37 on the diagram) on the back of the oven.

Here are the breakdown diagrams and Replacement parts for WHIRLPOOL RBD245PDQ11 | AppliancePartsPros.com

the broil is still working in the upper oven but not the bake. what do you think is the problem? does this oven have 2 fuses? i can see the one on the lower oven but i dont see the one on the upper oven. when the bake element burnt a small screw fell on the bake element and it made a hole in it and a flame inside the oven. everything else was working after that, except the bake element which i replaced it with a new one. i thought that the new bake element was bad and i installed it on the lower oven and its works but it doesnt work on the upper oven.

I need some help to fix this problem please. thank you.

If there is only Bake does not work then most likely the problem is a bad control board.

- The part number for the control board is AP3767567
