Freezer isn't defrosting-have to use hair dryer every few days and then it is fine for a few days. Anyone know if it has a timer or where it is? How to test it? or thermostat? Should I buy the combo heater/thermostat part? any suggestions for this baffled woman would be awesome............ thanks!:D

check defrost timer, defrost heater, defrost thermostat
