Dryer will not start, light does not come on. Lint build up found in lint duct housing but not inhibiting the blower wheel. AC to the dryer is good. Thermal fuse at 0 ohms. Continuity on door switch is good. High limit thermostat is 0 ohms out of circuit. Control thermostat is 0 ohms/28k ohms out of circuit. Heating element is 11 ohms out of circuit with no short to case. Belt is intact. Any other testing that might lead me to faulty part? Any suggestions for repair?

So this has the operating thermo down on the blower and a safety and thermal fuse up on the heater box right? If all those pass then check the Push To Start switch for continuity when pushed. The only safety that should stop the motor is the thermal fuse at the heater. Also you have 120v to ground and neutral on both on L1 and L2? not just 240v across L1 and L2? If so you'll have fun tracing where you lose it.
