A model number would be helpful.
Are you saying the agitator isn't moving, but the washer makes a noise during agitation?
Is the noise kind of a "riipp, riipp" like gears grinding?

No it agitates but the drum does not move back and forth when the agitator is doing its thing. The is more a banging sound. Model number is KAWS700LQ0 Motor coupler was changed The washer spins and drains fine and does not make any noises except when agitating

Which part is "DRUM"???
look at the parts diagram and tell me the real name of the part you keep calling "DRUM".
If you can't do that, we are done here.

The tub then. The entire agitator works fine but when it agitating the tub is suppose to move back and forth but it does not only the agitator moves.

The tub is locked in place by a brake when the washer is agitating.
That brake is released when the washer goes into its spin cycle. When the spin cycle ends the brake slows down and stops the tub.
That is normal operation.

Okay thanks my wife just told me the agitator is only moving in one direction she thought the tub was suppose to move as well. Clothes get tangled and it is in the agitating cycle that the noise happens. Looks like I need a new agitator kit
