My water dispenser line freezes once or twice a month. The problem corrects itself in a day or two or I have to use a hair dryer. The ice maker seems to always be full and does not seem to be effected.

HI Gene
I believe it freeze in the door. The Ice Maker works fine. If I hold the door open for a while the water start to flow again.

Hi Gene
I did the test and when I pressed the water lever water came out of the tube. O.K., what do I do now? I really do not want to by a new door as per the Service Bulletin.

Kris,
You can remove the door from the refrigerator, remove the inner liner and move the water tube to the outer side of the door. The chance for success is about 50%, but if something will go wrong then you can end up with a new door.

DO you have direction on how to remove the door? I have removed the rubber gasket but I do not know how to remove the rest of the door. Any help would be helpful.
