Hello to all: My refrigerator now is making condensation on the frige side, glass shelves. On this model inside on the upper left wall/ corner seems to be an air filter, this has some ice on the outside plastic housing. When I removed the 3 crisper drawers, the 3rd one from the bottom has some sort of housing on the left wall ,looks like an air supply of some sort, this had a decent size piece of ice on it as well... Can anyone direct me on this particular model as where to start to diagnose the problem ? I don't even know where the drain hole is on this unit.... We live on a very small island with no techs or serviceman. Thank you all! in advance with any advice or suggestions on this particular side by side model. Ken H

I recommend take pictures of everything you mentioned in you post and post them on here. Will make it a lot easier for us to follow.

Thx Danny, I just figured it out, the door gasket "on the bottom" of the frige door was not in it's "groove" thus allowing in heat/humidity.
