After all cycles are complete, there is clear water in the soap dispenser. I have replaced the hot and cold valves and nothing has changed.

This probably means that the valves that open and close lines to the dispenser compartments are not closing fully.

If this is not causing a problem I would let it go since the cure may be worse than the disease.
