There is a slight cool feel when I set it on max. cold. The fan is still works. I'm not sure if its the compressor or not. I can still here the frigd running. Other than that I have warm food.

Take the back off inside the freezer to expose the evaporator. It should have a light frost all over it. A partial frost indicates low on freon. Thick ice all over blocking the air flow indicates defrost system problem.
