Here are your parts
Parts for Maytag NED7200TW10 Dryer - AppliancePartsPros.com

See the attachment for the tech sheet.

Which thermostat did you replace?
There are two. (the hi-limit and the cut-off).

Check the thermistor.
Try getting into diagnostics to see if everything checks out.

As with any heat problem the first thing to check is the power.
The heating coil requires the full 240 volts, everything else will run off of 120 volts.

Try flipping the breaker off/on slowly a couple times. Sometimes you can loose half the line without actually tripping the breaker.
Check the voltage at the plug
L1 to L2 should be 240 volts
L1 to Neutral and L2 to Neutral, both should be 120 volts.
If OK
Unplug the unit and check the wires at the terminal strip in the machine to make sure none are loose or burned out
If OK
Check the power at the terminal strip.
Do this with the heater off and on.

If you check from the blue to the red on the motor's centrifugal switch you should read the heater resistance.
Check both reds as one will be the heater resistance and the other will be open (infinite resistance)
This double checks the wiring, heater and two thermostats.

If OK then you are left with two possibilities.
A bad control board or a bad centrifugal switch.

You can check the switch by shorting it's wires together and giving it a try.
Tape the wires co that they cannot short to anything else and cannot get caught in a moving part.

If you now have heat replace the motor.
If there is no heat I would replace the control board.
