Here is a description of my issue. Any and all help is so greatly appreciated. We noticed yesterday the fridge and freezer were not as cold as they would normally be. The night before I had noticed it was making a louder than normal noise coming from the back towards the bottom. I popped off the front cover below the doors and there was so much fuzz. I grabbed the vacuum and got rid of it. I just assumed the fridge was running a little hot and would be back to normal since it could properly cool now. I was wrong. The compressor isnt running at all. It clicks and tries to come on but doesnt. It is very hot to the touch. I tested the compressor using information found in this thread. http://forum.appliancepartspros...hot-but-not-running.htmlThe numbers were good on the compressor. I purchased a new starter relay today certain that it was going to fix my issue and it did not. The part # purchased was W10189190. The capacitor was not included and that part # is 2264017. I have been unable to figure out how to test it. The cooling fan in the back is running. The fan in the freezer is running. There isnt any frost build up and has not been any prior to all of this. I am completely at a loss as to what to do next. Thank you in advance for your help :D

Looks Like ur compressor is out. U got proper part # for the start device, so if power comes to your compressor and its not running - makes compressor bad; But if u saying It runs - possible problem is ur low on Freon - usually evaporator leaks. If compressor starting up - check amperage on it - should be around 1-1.5A if its lower than 1A U need to look for leak (Sorry, not the simple problem u got) Check it out I have done it couple days ago - was GE SxS (Leak at Evaporator) How To Fix GE Hot Point Refrigerator Sealed System (Replacing Evaporator) - YouTube
