My washer never drained, I drained it manually and the only thing it does on any setting is hum, I have already checked the lid switch and that is not the problem, not sure what to start checking or how to check it.
Thanks, Nikki

Remove the cabinet, bypass lid switch and pull pump from motor to see if it will run without pump. (pump may be jammed). If it still won't run, pull motor and see if it will run just sitting on the floor. Place your foot on the motor as it will jump if it starts. Rotate gearcase input shaft by hand. CW for spin, CCW for agitation.

Thanks, I watched a youtube video to figure out how to take apart the washer and I pulled the pump off and I don't know how it got in there but the 7 year olds sock was jammed in the pump.. managed to get it out and put washer back together and works great.
