no ice, no water, from freezer door dispenser. appears that there is no power to door (no lights at all). checked electric connecter on upper door hinge-looks ok. any suggestions on what to do?

Hi, Paul.

Please check the freezer door switch. Power to the dispenser control is supplied through that switch. You should read continuity between C and NO when switch is pushed in.

Hi.

Yes, there is the catch on one side of the switch.Use a putty knife and flat screwdriver to pop it out.
Unplug the fridge while doing it.

Hi.

If you pull out the drip tray you'll see screws holding the frame.

Hi.

Check if you are getting 120VAC to the power board between Red/Blk and LtBlu?
If you do then check the harness ribbon and replace the switch control board

Part number: 241708306
Part number: 241708306

You can return the power board for full refund.

Post the results.
