Hi, Paul. Please check the freezer door switch. Power to the dispenser control is supplied through that switch. You should read continuity between C and NO when switch is pushed in. The light switch Part number: 241547901

Hi.
Yes, there is the catch on one side of the switch.Use a putty knife and flat screwdriver to pop it out. Unplug the fridge while doing it.

i got the part you suggested, any hints on disassembling the dispenser without breaking anything. are there screws under the button cover or does the cover pop off (catches?), etc

Hi.
If you pull out the drip tray you'll see screws holding the frame.
Simon.

Hi. Check if you are getting 120VAC to the power board between Red/Blk and LtBlu? If you do then check the harness ribbon and replace the switch control board Part number: 241708306
You can return the power board for full refund. Post the results. Simon.
