Okay I'm new to the site as well as appliance repair my question is about the machine not washing? It will do the initial fill but won't wash, I took the motor out and tested it it works I was told the pump may be bad where is that and how would I check that?

It does make a whining noise when it should be washing I took the motor on the bottom center out number 70 in the diagram it functioned properly on a bench test, the unit drains with no problems as well.

Would the spray arms spin if you will open the door during the wash cycle?
Remove the toe panel and check if the motor which you removed earlier is working?
Gene.

The spray arms do not spin, as for removing the toe kick and checking the motor it is getting power and works off of the machine. I guess I'm not sure how to check it on the machine? Does the drain pump act as the spray/wash pump as well?

If you are not sure how to check the drain pump or any other washer parts of your Frigidaire washing machine then don't try to repair it your self. It will be better if you call a expert repairman for repairing. He is solve your problem very well. I want to add one thing your washer belt may be crack or damaged. It may have to be replace.

Try to add a few cups of water manually to see if the spray arm will spin. Remove the toe panel and touch the motor while it's on wash cycle. You should feel it. Gene.
