Rank: Member Groups: Registered Joined: 6/13/2012(UTC) Posts: 2		I'm having an issue with our Maytag MAV6357AWW washing fine, but not spinning fast enough to drain water. I checked the belt and it's extremely loose. Not sure how it gets tight due to the fact that I can just move the motor back and forth with ease. Is there a way to tighten the motor down to create more tension in the belt? It seems to slide back and forth effortlessly. :confused:

On these models if there is a spin problem the thrust bearing Part number: AP4009132 is the first thing to change out. Directions are included.
