Hello. I have a WFW9640 Duet Steam I bought from Lowe's. The washer washes fine but when it comes time to spin it spins up but cant seem to find a balance and does not kick into high speed. Must be some kind of "tilt" mechanism. It will stop and try to re balance only to start the process over and do it again. I checked the bearing and belt gear in the back they seem fine. The shocks and springs are in tact and it drains fine. I also tried with the machine empty and with one towel both times worked fine. I ran a load of 7 towels and applied pressure to the front and back of the outer tub with my hands as it started spinning to help it balance it and it worked. Also. might mention the tub seems to be angling down from the front to the back. Not sure what the exact fall but its noticeable. Do the springs or shocks ever need replacing? If not, any ideas? The machine is only 13 months old. Thanks in advance for any help.

Hey Spencer5 !
I have a similar problem with a much older HE3T (same basic washer). Did you ever find a fix?
