I have a washer: mod SAWS800MQ0 ser CR 2027134 that is not centrifuging, but is draining. What could possible be the cause and what should I replace?

Assuming it is agitating your problem is likely the clutch, this part here. Part number: AP3094537
Note the video that is attached to the part page, and also read the Sticky by Richappy on Direct Drive brakes at the top of the main washer page.
