no water-ice maker quit producing-i removed icemaker-put hair dyer to rubber line for 5 min-disconnected line at water inlet valve-blew air thru-line is clear. 55 volts at black wire supplying ice maker next day 120 volts at same wire-now is 55 volts. with ice maker still disconnected red optics blinks-when i depress switch-red light is steady on
What is correct troubleshooting from here. Thank you.:)

I would recommend to replace the ice maker. Before you'll install the new ice maker, using a flat screwdriver make sure that the slot for the bail arm switch is in On (down) position. Keep in mind that the new ice maker has to be cool down (takes about 12 hours) before producing ice. - The ice maker Part number: 2198597

still 56 volts to ice maker-i jumped pins 3-4 on right side board and with jumper in icemaker it started moving to harvest Does this mean my board is bad because i am not getting 110 volts to the icemaker harness? thanks

Yes, it does. Very likely the problem is with that board even the result of the test is different. If you did order the ice maker from APP then you definitely can return it. - The PC boards kit Part number: 4389102
