HELP Kenmore Elite Oasis model 11028082700 will not drain / code Ld ,took all water out with wet vac . seen on another thread about some codes but they are not on the front panel could it be in the rear of the washer ?

The Ld code is the only one you will get, and the front is the only place to get it.

Under the top there should be some tech notes that will tell you how to run some diagnostics. The problem can be a bad pump, bad control unit or something caught in the drain hoses that do not allow the water to drain fast enough to prevent the Ld code from coming up.

I watched your video's ,My Husband turned the washer over ,found the problem ,called local appliance store & we had the pump the next day !Put the New water (Out) pump on & it's working again . You Guy's are So GREAT FOR HELPING PEOPLE THAT JUST DON'T HAVE THAT KIND OF $ TO SHELL OUT WHEN WE FIXED IT ON OUR OWN. PS tHERE WERE NO tECH NOTES ANYWHERE TO BE FOUND but !! i FOUND DIAGNOSTICS IN A VIDEO THAT WAS LIKE MY WASHER, DID THOSE AND FOUND OUT THE Ld code and used a wet Vac to drain all the water out....... THANK YOU AGAIN , i HAVE YOU GUYS IN MY fAVORITES ON THE LAPTOP =-)
