I have done a ton of research and my washer is completely apart but I still dont know what is wrong with it. The problem is it will function through all modes but wont do anything for the spin cycle. It pumps all the water out fine. The coupler is good. How do I know if the clutch is bad or if the transmition is bad. Please help!!

It is most likely the clutch, but if you bypass the lid switch you can set it on spin and observe the clutch and transmission. If the clutch is turning but it is not spinning it is likely the clutch. Check the brakes while you are in there, and see the Sticky on direct drive brakes at the top of the washer page.
