This scale is wrong to measure K ohms. You have to set it on a higher scale and redo the test. How hot on touch is the compressor? Gene.

Gene. Hi,Gene Thanks for all the help. The compresser is HOT to touch. And from Terminal J9 to J7-9 it reads 26 and from pin J1 to J1-4 reads 16 and J1 to J1-5 reads 11 on 2000k scale.

Seems like you did the tests correct and there are nothing wrong with the defrost parts in the freezer. I believe you have to replace the main control board and the condenser fan motor to fix it. It's better not to use the fridge until you'll do it. Otherwise it can damage the compressor. If you don't have a spare fridge, put a regular fan to blow a cool air on the compressor. - The main control board Part number: WR55X10942

Woodie,
As you can see from my signature, you always can return any part purchased from APP. Order these two parts and give it a try.
Gene.

Hi Woodie,
Did you clean the condenser coils?
Did you install the cover for the machine compartment back in place?
Remove the rear panel inside the freezer and check how the evaporator coils are covered with frost. Post the results.
Gene.
