after start up of unit get frequent clicking noises as though a relay is going bad. At initial click there sounds to be a current "draw" then next click a relief from that then next click etc repeats. CLicks are increasing in frequency to many per hour everytime unit runs. Hoping this is a user repair as replacement or tech services a tough financial issue for now

Hello. What you hear is the compressor start relay going bad. Remove the rear cover and locate the relay/overload attached on the side of the compressor. The relay and overload kit Part number: AP4009662
Cool down the compressor and install new kit. It may look different from the old one so read the instructions. Thank you. Post the results.

are there two versions of the suggested repair part? In a general search of the part name for the appliance by model number it talks about two versions-one for a series 10 another for series 23. Thanks for response asap-need to get the part here and changed

Hello.
If the first two digits of the serial number is between 10and 22, use the AP4009660. If it's 23 and higher - AP4009662. Read the instructions.
Thank you. Post the results.
