I have taken out the softner cup and lint trap. I need to find out how to unlock the agitator so I can take it out. It looks like it might have a lock screw on the side. Do I need a special tool to loosen? Or am i looking at the wrong part? I'm an accountant? LOL

there is a lock screw with 1/4" head which is reachable through the hole in the agitator.
