not sure at present what model no as it is fully intergrated & the plate is not easy to access.at the moment top arm has started spinning again but the bottom one had stopped spinning?Do they spin independantly throughout the programme?Water appears to be draining at the end of prog but the water left in the well where the filters are appears cloudy,is this normal?I have the instruction manual & the only numbers it has on the front page are 5600 047 206 (8205).The machine is approx 5yr old.4 progs on it 65centigrade.50-35 & rinse,a pretty basic model at the time but with a bare front facia to it so you could fix your own matching door panel to match other cupboard units in your kitchen

You can find the model number on the right side of the door if you'll open it.
How hard is the water in you house and what kind of soap did you use? You can buy a special test strips to measure the water hardness in any pharmacy and it is very simple. Your choice of soap should be based on the water hardness.

model no is sgv43ao3gb/42.just had a sevice guy out although not from bosch,he couldnt locate the problem, but no blockages any where that he could see, while he was here the top arm started spinning again but the bottom one stopped. He suggested that the water pressure might vary througout the programme causing the top & bottom arms to spin independantly of each other at different times.I personally think he didnt have a clue & he told me to contact bosch, can you help,i dont think its a water hardness or soap problem

Unfortunately I did not see that you are from the UK. UK models are very different with American models, and we can not find any online information for them.
Hopefully you have the Use & Care manual. If you do then review what it says about different cycles and options. Might find a solution in there.
